She was arrested on July 24, 2021, in Las Vegas while she was on a vacation with her husband. The couple was there to spend quality time on the occasion of their third anniversary.
Egan was charged with two counts of battery and one count of interference with public officers according to I Touch Weekly.
The incident occurred while Gabie was at Marquee pool club at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas when she allegedly started causing disturbances. She yelled at the patrons and did not comply with the security guards.
After allegedly causing a disturbance, Egan was asked to leave the premises but instead assaulted the security guards. She was then detained for trespassing until the authorities arrived.
While she was being transferred the custody, Egan attacked two of the Las Vegas police officers as well. She hit one of the officers on the kneecap and the other on the nose with the back of her head.
She was released on July 25, 2021, after spending a night in the custody.
